One Netflix's biggest hit series, the romantic drama Virgin River has been sweeping audiences off their feet since 2019, and a big reason for that is its stellar soundtrack. Taking place in the titular Northern California town, Virgin River's original music by Jeff Garber sets the small-town vibes, alongside the soundtrack's perfect blend of mellow acoustic tunes and radio hits. Mel and Jack finally tie the knot as this season of Virgin River has them make wedding preparations. Though it may only be about a minute and half long, the theme song of Virgin River is instantly recognizable by fans of the show. Written by composer Jeff Garber," Virgin River Main Title" plays in each episode of the show, as the title appears over a gorgeous scenic view of a winding river and thick forests of green trees. The track begins with the strumming of an acoustic guitar, and then is joined by a piano before a string orchestra chimes in.
Garber composes all the music for Virgin River. The composer’s past credits include shows like the ABC series The Company You Keep, the CW’s Nancy Drew, Netflix’s Pretty Smart, and TV Land’s Lopez, among others.
